Parents as Partners is a key value at Trinity Christian School. Parental involvement in school life — in prayerful and active support of the school community, attendance and volunteering at events, and promotion of the school — is both a privilege and a responsibility. It’s one key area where God works to bless the school and our children.

When you enroll your children at Trinity Christian School, you may become a voting member of Burlington Parental Christian School Society (BPCSS). That means you are eligible to receive notice of meetings, mailings and information on the affairs of the society, to exercise voting privilege at membership meetings, to participate in Society activities and to serve on the Board and its committees.

The Society is committed to…

  • Making Christian education available to Christian parents.
  • Providing a sound academic education integrated with a Christian perspective.
  • The participation of parents in the educational processes of the school.

The Society recognizes two types of membership:

  • Family Membership incorporates husband and wife as members in the Society. Both spouses are entitled to all the rights of membership, including voting privileges.
  • Individual Membership is available to single adults, single parents, widows, and widowers. The individual membership fee is one half of the family membership fees.

The Society also recognizes support for its efforts from a number of non-member sources:

  • Corporate and business contributors may offer goods, services and money to promote and support the work of the Society. Such contributors are entitled to acknowledgement of their support and information on the affairs and activities of the Society.
  • Individuals and families may serve as volunteers or offer financial contributions in support of the Society. Such people are entitled to encouragement and gratitude and may request information on the affairs and activities of the Society.
  • Churches, foundations and other charitable organizations may offer financial support for the work of the Society. These organizations shall receive acknowledgement of their support and may request information on the affairs and activities of the Society.
