Getting Started at Trinity (FAQs)2018-01-09T12:59:13+00:00

Trinity is a friendly, community-oriented school and we recognize that when you are new to a school community, it can be hard to know who to talk to when you have a question or comment. Here’s a handy guide to help you get started!

Our staff is here to help you as well. Please call or stop by if you have a question that is not addressed here, or would like more information on any aspect of TCS.

I would like to arrange a tour of the school.

Join us any Wednesday morning between 9:30 and 10:30 for a personal tour of the school. No appointment is necessary! If you are unable to attend a Welcome Wednesday, please contact the school office ( or 905.634.3052). We will be happy to answer any questions you have and arrange a different time for you to tour.

I have a question about enrollment.

We offer an online inquiry and admissions portal. Please click here to submit an inquiry.

I’m interested in the extended kindergarten program but I need more information.

You can visit our program page for a more detailed description of our Extended Kindergarten program. Please click on this link to inquire about our extended Kindergarten program, or any of our our programs, or call the school to speak to someone in person.

I think my family might need financial assistance.

In 2014, we established the GRACE Fund in order to ensure that Trinity is accessible for families who are unable to pay the full cost of tuition. Please click here to learn more.

My child is sick and will not be at school.

Please call the office and leave a message (905.634.3052) or email us at

My child will not be taking the bus today.

If your child will not be taking the bus in the morning, please contact Attridge Transportation directly (905.333.4047 ext.104) and leave your child’s name, school they attend, route colour and stop location.

I need to get a message to my child during the school day (e.g., a change in pick up arrangements).

Please call the school office (905.634.3052) and let us know what you’d like communicated to your child. We will make sure he or she gets the message.

I want to talk to someone about something that happened in my child’s class.

If you have comments, suggestions or concerns about your child’s class, we encourage you to talk to your child’s teacher directly. We believe in the Biblical, Matthew 18 concept of conflict resolution and urge you to take any issues to the person involved one on one first. If the conversation needs to be continued, the teacher or parent may choose to invite the Principal ( into the conversation to help guide the solution. To talk to one of your child’s teachers, please refer to our Staff page or call the school office (905.634.3052).

I would like to talk to someone about making a donation to Trinity.

You can support Trinity by making a donation to the Trinity Foundation. If you have further questions, please contact our Financial Administrator at
